What model types does the 3D viewer support?

The 3D product viewer supports GLB and glTF formats only.

If you have other 3D formats, you can easily convert the model into this format using online editors, or your own 3D editing software.

Most software options have support to export models to GLB or glTF format.

Why are my appearance settings not saving?

Make sure to hit the “Save changes” button before switching to a different tab. Otherwise the values will reset.

Why is the fullscreen button not visible on iPhone?

Apple does not allow fullscreen mode on iOS devices. So we decided to remove the display of the fullscreen button on these devices.

Why is the AR button greyed out?

If the AR button is grayed out, that means the browser (or phone) does not support view in AR at the moment. Please use other browser or phone to view the model in your room.

Can I get my money back if I am not happy with the product?

Can I test on a development site with single site license?

That depends on the domains you are using. The following domains are considered dev or staging:

Additionally, if your domain is localhost (with any port), it will also be treated as a localhost domain.

Can I switch license to other site?

Totally! Make sure to deactivate the license on your current site first, before activating the license on the new site.

Can I still use PRO features after cancelling my plan?

No, the PRO features can only be accessed if you have an active subscription.

Where can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your plan at any given time in your Freemius member dashboard.

WooCommerce products

Why is my 3D viewer not showing up on the product page?

Make sure your theme supports WooCommerce and the WooCommerce Flexslider.

If you are using plugins that change the default WooCommerce gallery you need to change the default viewer display settings.

You can go to Visody -> Appearance -> Advanced and change the class names of the gallery items.

Why does the gallery switch to different image on variation change?

Make sure you do not have images set for your product variations. If that is not an option, make sure you do not include any variation thumbnails in the main product gallery.

WooCommerce default behaviour is to make the image active that is linked to the variation. You want to prevent this from happening when using the inline product viewer.

Why is my variant model not updating?

You need to enter a name or upload a 3D model for all variants to make sure the 3D viewer updates the model based on the given variation.

If name or model is left empty for the given variation, the viewer will show the last updated model.

Can I manage 3D models for products in bulk?

Yes, you can manage 3D models for products and variations in bulk using a sheet editor plugin like WP Sheet Editor.
