What model types does the 3D viewer support? Close icon

The 3D product viewer supports GLB and glTF formats only.

If you have other 3D formats, you can easily convert the model into this format using online editors, or your own 3D editing software.

Most software options have support to export models to GLB or glTF format.

Why is the AR button greyed out? Close icon

If the AR button is grayed out, that means the browser (or phone) does not support view in AR at the moment. Please use other browser or phone to view the model in your room.

Why is there no fullscreen button on iOS mobile? Close icon

Apple does not allow fullscreen mode on iOS devices. So we decided to remove the display of the fullscreen button on these devices.
